In the beginning of 2023, we bought paint, brushes and canvases for our local youth club to transform white walls into colourful works of art. It seemed as though I was the only one extremely motivated to paint in every opportunity available.

My art, making people uncomfortable, to some being optically degenerate and disturbing, some works covered in urine, soon found themselves in the middle of controversy. Some alcohol fueled individuals even destroyed one of the works (which I later stitched together with thread.) Pragmatic as I am, I paid the low price for all the art supplies which originally were paid for by the collective bank of the group, and took everything home with me.

I quickly found a new place to continue my work. This story was the starting point of what I am up to now. I am thankful for the expressions of emotions of disgust and inner turmoil I received from those who got too close to my work, which ultimately fueled my motivation to continue.

From where I started in 2023 till now, January 3rd 2024, I must have made at least 100 paintings, drawings, etc. Thank you for reading, and I hope you hate or love my work.
